Katy Perry changes lyrics to Swish Swish after ‘forgiving’ Taylor Swift

Katy Perry has called a truce with Taylor Swift – and she showed that she really means it during her latest performance.

The pop star belted out a rendition of her song Swish Swish – which is about the pair’s feud – at a YouTube fan concert in Los Angeles to promote her album Witness.

But in the first verse Katy changed the line “Don’t you come for me” to “God bless you on your journey, oh baby girl.”

It came after the singer was asked about her drama with Taylor on NBC on Monday, and responded, “All I need to say to her is I love her and God bless her on her journey.”

Katy had previously revealed that she has forgiven her fellow pop star, who penned the hit song Bad Blood about their long rift.

“I am ready to let it go! I forgive, I forgive, I forgive her and I’m sorry for anything I ever did, and I hope the same from her,” she told Arianna Huffington.

“I think it’s time. There are bigger fish to fry, and there are real problems in the world. You know what I’m saying? And I love her, and I want the best for her. And I think she’s a fantastic songwriter.”
