Harvey Weinstein and Georgina Chapman have reached a divorce settlement.

Last year, Marchesa designer Georgina announced plans to leave the disgraced Hollywood producer, after he was accused of sexual harassment by over 80 women within a 30-year-period.

According to the New York Post’s Page Six column, Harvey and Georgina has finally reached an agreement on the terms of their divorce, and a deal is set to be filed in court in the coming days.

The former couple are parents to seven-year-old daughter India and four-year-old son Dashiell together.

The exact terms of their divorce are not yet known, however, it’s believed that Georgina could pocket around $11.75 million thanks to a pre-nuptial agreement, which the pair both signed in December 2007.

Their prenuptial agreement says Harvey must pay Georgina $300,000 in spousal support for each year of the marriage, and after a decade, that figure jumps to $400,000.

The documents also reportedly state that Georgina will receive a cut of their marital assets and other payments. Their holdings include a $15 million West Village townhouse and a $12 million Hamptons beach house.
