Fans frenzied as Taylor Swift reunited with her ex Taylor Lautner on stage in Kansas City.
The former couple dated at the end of 2009, after having met on the set of Valentine’s Day (2010) – in which they play a loved-up on-screen couple.
It’s well-known that the Twilight actor was his ex-girlfriend’s muse for her track Back to December, which featured on her 2010 album Speak Now.
The Taylor’s Version of Speak Now was released on Friday, July 7, and fans at the singer’s Kansas City gig witnessed the premiere of her new music video for the song I Can See You – which stars her ex-boyfriend Taylor.
Surprising fans on the night, Taylor appeared on stage, cartwheeling and backflipping towards his ex-girlfriend.
In a gushing speech, Taylor told the crowd of her ex-beau: “He was a very positive force in my life when I was making the ‘Speak Now’ album, and I want to say he did every single stunt that you saw in that music video.”

In a speech to his ex-girlfriend, Taylor gushed: “I respect you so much. Not just for the singer you are, the songwriter, the performer — but truly for the human you are. You are gracious, humble, kind and I’m honoured to know you.”
Fans rushed to TikTok to frenzy over the exes’ reunion.
One TikTok user penned: “imagine having this kind of friendship with you ex 🥹🥹,” while a second wrote: “my divorced parents😭😭😭🫶.”
Meanwhile, a third said: “the healthiest of divorces 🥹🫶,” and another penned: “Mum and dad reunited 🫶🏼🫶🏼.”
