According to documents obtained by The Blast, the parents do not want to pay child support “at the present time” and will instead put money into their joint bank account on a yearly basis to look after their son.

The publication also reported that neither of the celebs have requested spousal support and they secured a prenup before their marriage in 2009.

The pair filed for divorce last last year, as they cited irreconcilable differences.
