Model Shahira Barry has opened up about life in Hollywood.
The Galway girl, who has been cast alongside Snoop Dogg, Enrique Iglesias and Mark Wahlberg since moving to LA, has thanked her looks for her success.
“I’ve been so lucky I’ve been booked almost every day. I think it may be because I don’t fit the typical Californian blonde and tanned image.,” She explained.
But the brunette said life isn’t all that glamorous in Hollywood and revealed she is working non-stop.

“LA is amazing. I’m finally settled. I feel so lucky to get to live here. I’ve been ridiculously busy though — working almost every day, even on the weekends.
“Sometimes the days are really long — like 12 hours, so it’s not all glamorous and it’s definitely hard work,” she said.
Speaking to the Irish Sun Shahira revealed she is featured in Zac Efron’s new movie We Are Your Friends.
The model appears in the new film, which also stars Blurred Lines model Emily Ratajkowski.
