Rosanna Davison has confirmed she is bringing out her debut cook book.
The former Miss World recently claimed she wanted to bring a book out before fellow model and foodie Roz Purcell – saying taking advice from a qualified nutritionist was the better option.
Speaking exclusively to Goss.ie Rosanna revealed the cook book will be released in Autumn, and is called Eat Yourself Beautiful.
“I have a book coming out this Autumn called Eat Yourself Beautiful,” she said.

“I began writing it last summer and it’s going to be full of fresh, healthy, simple and delicious recipes plus plenty of tips on nutrition and healthy eating.
“As well as my own healthy story,” she told Goss.ie.
“It’s based on my training in nutrition, the experience I’ve gained from working with clients over the past few years and my passion for cooking.
Rosanna, who is a vegan and fitness lover, added that the book will have professional pictures both on the cover and inside.
“I’ll be working with (photographer) Barry McCall and Neil Hurley for the cover shot and food shots.

“I’m really excited about it. It’s a dream come true and something I’ve been working towards for the past 4- 5 years,” she added.
The news comes after Rosanna teased plans to release her first book, after Tipperary model Roz Purcell mentioned she would be releasing one.
“Watch this space – I might get there ahead of her,” she said at the time.

“What’s important to me is having my nutrition qualification, because it’s very easy to bandy about the idea of healthy eating.
“And I would find it very difficult to take advice from somebody who’s not qualified in the area. Once you study it, you realise what’s healthy and what’s not.”
