Robert Sheehan is set to star in season two of Fortitude, after being cast alongside some very famous names.
The Love/Hate star was announced today as a new cast member amongst Hollywood star Dennis Quaid, Game of Thrones and Rebellion star Michelle Fairley and The Blacklist’s Parminder Nagra.
The thriller series premiered on Sky Atlantic last January, with season two set to take audience back to the town of Fortitude which will be gripped by explosive events including a fresh murder that rocks the community and plunges it into turmoil.

Speaking about the season two castings, Sky Atlantic director Zai Bennett said, “I’m incredibly excited to welcome these great names to our already amazing returning cast for the next series of Fortitude.
“We know our customers love epic dramas and world class storytelling and they appreciate that having the very best actors are integral to bringing these shows to life.”
The drama is scheduled to air later this year on Pivot and Sky Atlantic.
