Judging the dances this year was choreographer and RTE host Eoghan McDermott, Lorraine Keane, Emma Hannigan and Gerald Keane.

This year’s winning couple was cancer survivor Paula McClean and her dance partner Stephen Hegarty.

Eoghan McDermott had clearly been blown away by the couple earlier in the night

When asking what he thought of the dance he said: “This is going to be controversial because both my mother and girlfriend are here – but you are the hottest woman in the room tonight.”

All money raised on the night will go towards Breast Cancer Research.
