Lenny Abrahamson's Room nabs top award at Toronto International Film Festival

Lenny Abrahamson’s latest flick Room has scooped up the top prize at this year’s Toronto International Film Festival.

The Canadian-Irish drama nabbed the highly coveted People’s Choice Award at the festival that celebrates the best in cinema.

The winning movie is voted on by audiences and previous winners of the award include 12 Years A Slave and The King’s Speech.
