Top model Roz Purcell is set to release her debut cook book.
The former Miss Universe Ireland has set her sights on becoming the Irish Nigella Lawson, with a new book including healthy recipes.
“Hopefully I will have a recipe book out by this time next year – I will definitely have one,” she revealed.
“It will be stuff that will be relatively easy for people to make,” she added.

Roz, 24, is set to appear on TV3’s The Restaurant, and she’s already filmed numerous cooking segments for Xpose.
The health and fitness lover admitted that people can enjoy good food if they fit exercise into their life.
“It’s about becoming more active, putting down the phone and the box sets that you watch on TV – I don’t think I’ve seen a TV episode since I’ve started triathlon training,” she told the Herald.
Roz also recently revealed her range of gluten-free pancakes and vegan hot chocolates will be served in Mooch on Dawson Street.
