TV chef Donal Skehan has shared a moving tribute about his home in Howth as he prepares to move to Los Angeles with his wife Sofie Larsson.
The RTE star, who’s relocating to the US for work, took a moment to upload a snap to Instagram of him and Sofie outside their home to remember the past six years they spent living in there.
“6 years and amazing memories at 27 Main Street, Howth – we said our goodbyes yesterday to the house which was our first home,” he wrote.
“The place all my shows were shot, where our neighbours were never short of a big hello, where Max came home to for the first time, where we first came home to as a married couple, where we grew veggies out the back all summer long, where the best cliff walks started and finished and where we cooked some of the best dinners and enjoyed the best nights in with friends and family, celebrating birthdays, engagements, babies, anniversaries and more.
“A huge thank you to everyone who crossed the threshold and enjoyed the place as much as we did, for now though it’s goodbye to our little Howth home…” he added.
The cook previously revealed he has number of TV projects in the pipeline once he moves Stateside.
