Spin 1038 radio presenter Daniella Moyles is preparing to take over the breakfast show and has admitted she’s dreading getting up so early.
The Zoo crew presenter who the public are used to hearing with co-presenter Cormac Moore every week day at 6:45pm will both be moving to the earlier slot of 6am.
“From June 22, I’m starting on the breakfast show- It’s all happened so quickly,” Daniella revealed.
“We started about 15 months ago doing the graveyard shift on IRadio where we were on until midnight. And then we moved to Spin and we did afternoon drive from 6:45 to 8:45pm which was lovely because you had your whole day before going to work but now we’ll be on from 6:45 to 9:45am.

“The format will be different from our current slot,” she added.
Although the radio star is ecstatic about the new slot she’s dreading the early starts.
“I did it for two weeks before and I felt like I was so out of sorts, you have your breakfast at six in the morning but you’re still staying up until 9” she told the Herald.
“I presume I’ll get into a routine eventually but I did find it very jarring before. I’m a total night owl, I’d stay up until like one in the morning, I wouldn’t even notice the time passing.

“I’m going to have to retrain myself it’s going to be a whole ordeal,” she added.
Daniella also revealed her concerns on relationship with fellow radio presenter Dara Quilty as the couple will be on opposite time slots.
“Dara is on from four until seven in the afternoons so I don’t know how It’s going to work-we’re going to be on totally different time schedules,” she admitted.
