Top Irish designer Simone Rocha has announced she’s set to open her first shop in London.
The Ranelagh native, who is a favourite of A-listers Saoirse Ronan and Rihanna, will open her first store in Mount Street.
“It will be a very personal, intimate, interesting and inspiring retail experience, with evolving installations for different seasons,” she said.

“I really have a vision for my collections to be in a special, unique place – a very personal creative space with my own identity,
“I felt that with my dad’s experience and his sensitivity to space, together we could create a store very personal to me – and to give the clothes a sense of place,” she added.
Speaking to Women’s Wear Daily, Simone admitted she hopes this will be the first of many boutiques.
“I have a plan and I am always trying to push things forward with my collections,” she revealed.
