English actress Billie Piper has been spotted filming scenes for Penny Dreadful in Dublin.
The former singer was snapped in costume outside Dublin castle as she got into character for the Sky Atlantic period drama.
The Doctor Who star wasn’t the only famous face on set as series regular Sarah Greene was also spotted outside the castle.

The scene involved a fight between police men and a group of female protesters and was shot by Yvonne Connolly’s boyfriend, filmmaker John Conroy.
Penny Dreadful was confirmed as being renewed for a third season during the summer.
Set in Victorian London, the show centres on characters from 19th century fiction such as Bram Stoker’s Dracula and Oscar Wilde’s The Picture of Dorian Gray.
