It’s good news for Graham Norton and Sharon Horgan who have both been nominated for BAFTA Television Awards.
Chat show host Graham is up for Best Entertainment programme for his hit BBC chat show series.
The Cork native has been nominated in the category eight times and has won seven, including his most recent win in 2015.
Meanwhile, Sharon is up for Best Female Performance in a Comedy Programme for her role in the Channel 4 comedy Catastrophe.

The show has also earned the actress a nod for Best Writer Comedy at the BAFTA Craft Television Awards, which will take place April 24.
The pair aren’t the only Irish stars up for awards at this year’s ceremony, Poldark’s Aidan Turner is up for the Radio Times Audience Award.
The actor will face off against the likes of The Great British Bake Off as viewers vote for their favourite TV show.
The BAFTA Television Awards will take place Sunday 8 May at the Royal Festival Hall in London.
