Aoibhinn Ni Shuilleabhain is set to appear in a new science comedy quiz show.
The new RTE2 series Eureka! The Big Bang Query, which airs tonight, will be hosted by Neil Delamere, with PJ Gallagher and Aoibhinn acting as team captains.
“It’s made for the older teenage audience and I think it’s something we really need because science is often sold as something that is fun for kids or very academic,” she told The Irish Sun.

“This is for the audience in between, who are just looking for a laugh. And they’ll certainly get one. It’s plenty of fun.”
The full-time lecturer in UCD’s School of Mathematics and Statistics revealed she usually keeps her two careers separate – until now.
“I’ve always kept my education career and had media as a side career, so I’m making the most of all the hours in the day.”
