Aidan Turner is set to present the award for Best Drama Performance at the National TV Awards tomorrow.
The Poldark hunk joins a number of high-profile stars including Dustin Hoffman who will appear at the event.
Not only will the actor make his debut at the awards, he is also up for Best Drama Performance for his turn in the BBC series.

It seems that the 32-year-old’s appearance has got more than his fans hot under the collar with the award’s presenter Dermot O’Leary ‘fan-girling’ over him.
The former X Factor host previously told Heat magazine that he is a big fan of the period drama and is looking forward to the new season.
“Aidan Turner was great as Ross Poldark and I love historical drama. I’m an absolute fan-girl when it comes to Poldark, so I’m pleased it’s coming back for a second series,” he said.
