Cocu Chatham Street have just launched an AMAZING Brunch menu, that health nuts will go CRAZY for.
The Brunch Menu will be served every Saturday and Sunday, and offers a healthy alternative to the usual Full-Irish fry up, with flavours both sweet and savoury.
On this menu, you can try their Green Pea Pancakes with herby salad, crumbled feta, avocado, toasted pumpkin seeds & red pepper oil OR Cocu Shakshuka poached eggs with avocado & wilted spinach.
But, if you’re looking something sweet, Cocu’s cooking up some old time brunch favourites, but with their own healthy twist.
Sourdough French toast is served with sautéed orange bananas, berries, yoghurt & crushed nuts, while you can also order yourself a stack of Protein Pancakes with Greek yoghurt, compote & fresh mint (add their house made Nut-ella for an extra goodness)!
Cocu pride themselves in local sourcing, so fresh rye sourdough arrives daily from Thibault at Tartine Bakery in Dublin, while their coffee Cloudpicker is roasted in Dublin’s first micro roastery on Sheriff Street.
While cold pressed vegetables juices are delivered from Green Beards in Ranelagh and Cornucopia on Wexford Street.
