Chef Adrian is a young Irish chef from Cavan who is seriously passionate about food and cookery.

Starting at a very young age, he trained in some of Ireland’s most renowned restaurants including Neven Maguire’s Mac Nean House, and holds a degree in culinary arts from the School Of Tourism Killybegs.

Appearing on TV3’s Seven O’Clock Show regularly for cooking slots, the young chef posts plenty of food snaps on his Instagram that will tickle your taste buds.

One of Ireland’s top chefs Andrew Rudd is definitely one to follow on Instagram.

Best known for her blog The Little Green Spoon, Indy has since gone on to write her own cookbook off the back of her blog success.

Qualified in Nutrition and Health Coaching, Indy puts a healthy twist on some old favourites, that are nutrient-rich, gluten free, refined sugar free – with many paleo, dairy free and vegan options.

Currabinny was created by Snapchat star James Kavanagh and his boyfriend William Murray.

Combining William’s amazing skills in the kitchen, and James’ savvy marketing skills (and love for food) – Currabinny has fast caught the attention of foodies alike with their tasty, and unique, recipes.

Hoping to open their own Currabinny cafés in Dublin and Cork (where the name Currabinny came from) – their Instagram is just to DIE for.
