The insider reported that “they’re asking around $65 million for the house.”
With the “significant money” the Oscar winner and singer put into improvements, the outlet said they would be taking a “loss of millions of dollars.”
TMZ also reported that J Lo is “already looking for a new house” as Ben stays at a 100K-per-month rental in Brentwood, near his ex-wife, Jennifer Garner.
The couple have reportedly decided to “take some space” to determine whether the relationship “is right for both of them,” a source told Us Weekly.
Ben shares Violet, 18, Seraphina, 15, and Samuel, 12, with ex-wife Jennifer Garner, while J Lo shares 16-year-old twins Maximilian “Max” David and Emme Maribel with ex-husband Marc Anthony.
In her gushing Father’s Day tribute to Ben, Jennifer shared a black-and-white picture of her Hollywood husband.

Eagle-eyed fans noticed that Jennifer used a picture of Ben from the set of his film Pearl Harbor, the 2002 film where he first met his first wife Jennifer Garner.
Ben played Captain Rafe McCawley, a U.S. Army Corps pilot while his ex-wife had a small role as a nurse named Sandra.
