RTÉ 2FM have shared adorable pics of a puppy called Larry Gogan.
The national radio station changed their name to Larry Gogan FM today, to celebrate the legendary presenter’s last day on the station.
2FM tweeted the cute snaps and wrote: “Our hearts have melted. Everybody please meet “Larry Gogan” #LarryGoganFM #2FM40 #ThanksLarry.”

The radio presenter has been a part of the radio station since 1979 and will host his last show today from 3pm-4pm for ‘The Golden Hour.’
Tracy Clifford will be playing clips of the iconic RTÉ presenter from various parts of his career during the day.
Tributes have been pouring in on social media for the radio legend, as he prepares for his move to RTE Gold.
Rick O’Shea shared a pic of the huge card 2FM made and got fans around the country to sign, as he tweeted: “Today is the legendary Larry Gogan’s last day @RTE2fm after FORTY YEARS!!! This afternoon there’s a huge event with 2FM presenters past and present and actual celebs! Of course being in early means you get to be the first to sign the card.”
