Made by Music launched in Opium this week and guests enjoyed mesmerising music from some of Ireland’s best upcoming acts.
To celebrate the launch, Three teamed up with three rising Irish artists; Jafaris, Saint Sister and Kormac (who was joined by Jack O’Rourke) to make a series of new music videos.
The first of its kind; this is an innovative move from a brand to collaborate with artists in this way, helping them to reach a wider audience.
The first video in the series is for Jafaris with his powerful song ‘If You Love Me’.
“If You Love Me” was directed by New York-based visionary director, Shane Griffin, and centres on two people for whom a song serves as a reminder of their past together.
The story of their relationship is told through fragmented memories, and is reignited towards the end of the film, when they meet in the present and you can watch it here.
Karl Donnelly, Head of Sponsorship, Three Ireland said, “We are very excited to launch our new music positioning ‘Made by Music’.”
“Music unites all of us in a special way and at Three we understand the important role which music plays in connecting people.”
“At Three, we are committed to providing a unique connected music experience enabling our customers to truly make it count.”
Among the first to arrive were Kodaline’s Jason Boland and his wife Etaoin, as well as Radio Nova’s Ruth Scott and husband Rob Morgan.
James Patrice, 2FM’s Tracey Clifford, Soulé, were also in attendance.
They enjoyed drinks and platters of delicious Asian inspired food from Opium’s chefs.
DJ Tara Stewart and Elaine Stenson were also spotted at Opium Gardens in Dublin.
The music kicked off as the last rays of sun left the beer garden.
The artists commanded the full attention of the guests who thoroughly enjoyed lapping up their performances.
