Simon Cowell has donated €30,000 towards lifesaving treatment in the US for a young boy.
The 56-year-old forked out thousands to pay for three-year-old Kian Musgrove’s flight to New York to visit a specialist clinic.
According to the Daily Mirror, Kian’s mum Kat burst into tears when Simon surprised the family as he called to her son’s bedside.
“His generosity is absolutely amazing. It’s so heartwarming.

“We will be forever grateful for his help and his part in our lifesaving journey,” she said.
Kat helped raise €870,000 for her son’s pioneering relapse treatment, which will hopefully end his years of suffering with cancer.
A source close to the X Factor judge added, “Simon was delighted to help.”
Before Kian and his mum Kat left Newcastle for the US, Kat spoke to ITV, and thanked Simon once again in a video alongside her son.
