Ferne McCann has unveiled her brand new nose, live on ITV’s This Morning.
The I’m A Celebrity beauty, who now works as a showbiz reporter for This Morning, debuted her new look on the show – and explained why she decided to make a change.
Before the surgery, Ferne revealed, “My nose is my insecurity and it’s the easiest thing for them to say… It hurts.”
“I’m not getting it done because I want to get closer to being beautiful. It’s not about that. It’s just something that I don’t like, and every day I look in the mirror, it knocks my confidence…”
Speaking to co-hosts Eamonn Holmes and Ruth Langsford, Ferne admitted that she wanted the change to her nose to be subtle – and revealed that she knows that a lot of people won’t understand her decision.
“It is subtle, I wanted it to be subtle I didn’t want to change my whole face. That was one of my biggest fears.”
“There’ll be a lot of people that understand why I’m doing it and a lot of people that won’t.”
“I don’t want to upset my mum and that’s what makes me really emotional… but she really understands now,” she added.
