It's not over yet: Love/Hate boss vows he will make a SIXTH season of the show

Love/Hate creator Stuart Carolan has promised he will make a sixth season of the show.

RTE is set to reveal when in October the highly-anticipated first episode goes out in the coming days.

And Stuart has told fans they shouldn’t worry that it is the end – he wants another part to his gangland drama.

“I love writing it, and getting it on to TV. The whole process makes me so happy,” he said.

“So if this season goes out and people like it, and it performs well, we could definitely do it again. That’s if RTE wants it. I don’t want to jinx it.”

Now Stuart, 41, can’t wait to finally allow audiences to see the “one big rollercoaster” that the cast have been working on.

“The last couple of months of editing have been really tough. We’ve done really long days and nights,” he told the Irish Sun.

“But it was worth it because we came up with something we liked and we hope viewers will like.

“I could sum up the new series as a juggernaut. It’s got so much bigger with so many more elements.

“It moves more quickly than previous seasons with more characters and more action. Watching it back myself I found it really exciting.”
