Irish actor Colin Farrell is in “advanced discussions” to join the hugely successful crime drama True Detective.
Already starring Oscar winner Matthew McConaughey and Woody Harrelson, Colin would be a perfect fit in the stellar line up.
Top movie news website The Hollywood Reporter have said the Total Recall star looks set to star in season two.
“The Hollywood Reporter has heard from multiple sources that Colin Farrell is in talks to join the anthology series’ second season.”
While HBO refused to comment, The Guardian and Variety magazine are both reporting that Colin is joining the series.
The first season has already earned 12 Emmy nominations, including Best Drama and Best Actor nominations for both Matthew McConaughey and Woody Harrelson.
