RTE actress Aoibheann McCaul has revealed she might be asked to “move on” from Fair City, and she’d love to take the leap into films.
The Dublin star admitted that the soap could scrap her character Caoimhe Dillon.
“Fair city is just a gig you know so, they could have me move on,” she told Goss.ie.

“I’d love a movie role , I’ve naturally got cast more in TVÂ and film than IÂ have in theater and IÂ love them all.
“But of course yeah, I’d love a big movie role, I’d love to be in some kind of action film”
Meanwhile the actress says she is still missing her on-screen sister, Aoibhin Garrihy.
The actress left the soap last year and has since starred in theatre as well as landing a role in BBC series The Fall.
“Aoibhin garrihy’s my best friend so you know, but there’s a new girl Leah I’ve become quite friendly with, she plays Louise she’d never replace Aoibhin but shes my new friend”
