She has worked as an international model since she was 15 and now Alison Canavan is helping people find their inner model with a new photography studio.
Speaking to Goss.ie Alison revealed she is excited about the new venture and is on hand to help people with their shoots.
“I have gone into partnership with Spirevision studio on O’Connell Street, Dublin,” she said.
“Basically We’ll be offering all types of shoots but at the moment we are offering back to school shoots.

“The idea behind it is to use my experience of over 20 years in the business and make editorial style shoots available to everyone.”
Alison said she was inspired to get involved in the business after sharing shoots of herself with her son James.
“So many people kept commenting that I was so lucky to have such amazing shoots of myself and James,” she told Goss.ie.

“I get my hair and make up done and have a stylist pick out clothes. So I thought to myself well why can’t I make that available to everyone.”
“I constantly receive emails from mums complementing my shoots with james saying that they would love to have the opportunity to do a shoot like that.
“I’ll guide you step by step through the photoshoot experience. i’ll also be on hand to show you how to pose,” Alison explained.
