Kathryn Thomas has revealed that she gets “trolled mightily” on Twitter.
The Operation Transformation host admitted that she gets numerous nasty comments on social media, and she doesn’t pay attentions to “small-minded eejits.”
“I have a Facebook account but I’m not active on it. I’m on Twitter though and I get trolled mightily, all the time I get abuse,” she said on the Paul Williams Podcast for Independent.ie.

“I think anyone perceived to be anyway successful or confident is enough fuel for some of these small-minded eejits to feel that they can have a go anonymously.
“It doesn’t bother me now, they can call me fat, they can call me old, they can call me ugly, they can even say get off the screen you culchie mucker from Carlow – this happens a lot unsurprisingly – but I don’t care,” she said.
“Everything they say just makes me laugh at this point. I think there’s so much crap on social media, everyone is vilified.”

“Let them say what they want; they’re the only ones paying attention to their vileness.”
While the 37-year-old is tough enough to ignore the haters, she does still wonder if her younger self would have been able to handle it.
“But I wonder if it was ten, fifteen years ago when maybe I wasn’t as self assured or confident, would it have had more of a negative impact? And I guess that it would,” she added.
The news comes after it was revealed that Kathryn made bank last year.Â
