Jamie Dornan’s new film is set to premiere at the 28th Galway Film Fleadh, starting July 5.
The actor’s latest project, The Siege of Jadotville, has been named as one of the highlights of the event, as well as Bobby Sands: 66 Days and Kit Ryan’s Property of the State.
Ruth Negga will also be in Galway for an actor’s masterclass, as well as Kirsten Smith (Legally Blonde) who will be hosting a screenwriting masterclass.

“We have three venues and offer about 90 feature films,” Gar O’Brien, the event programmer told The Irish Times.
“So programming is a challenge. It’s been an extraordinary year for Irish film and we are happy to have wall-to-wall Irish premieres.”
It is not yet known whether Jamie will be in town to attend the premiere of the historic drama, but Irish fans will keep their fingers crossed.
The Galway Film Fleadh will run from July 5th until July 10th.
