U2 frontman Bono has reportedly landed a massive book deal.
The Irish rocker is set to pen an autobiography about his life and time fronting the band, according to The Sun.
“There have been many books about U2 but much of the people, events and fears that shaped Bono are not widely known” a source told the publication.
Author and pal of Bono Salman Rushdie discussed the rumour with Brendan O’Connor on RTE Radio.
“He is good at everything,” he said.
“Why wouldn’t he be good at this?”
The memoir is reported to also focus on Bono’s work as a humanitarian.
There is no release date confirmed for the book.
Goss.ie have contacted a representative of Bono for comment.
