“According to investigators, he will be booked into jail in San Bernardino, Calif.”

Prior to his arrest, he wrote on his Instagram stories: “People love negative energy! I am good and so is my mother!”

“My lawyers are handling everything as we speak,” he added.

The Sheriff’s Office confirmed to People that the arrest and search warrants were served at a Southwest Ranches residence following an ongoing investigation.

The raid followed a lawsuit between Ver Ver Entertainment and the singer that was filed in February, claiming he had not paid for items purchased from the company.

The complaint claimed Sean presented “numerous false representations” to the company and that he had a “current and ongoing working relationship” with Justin Bieber.

The law suit further claimed that he promised them he would produce promotional videos with Justin – to reduce what he owed them.

However, they found that the artist had “no ongoing working” relationship with Justin.

The complaint alleged that the Beautiful Girls singer breached his contract by failing to pay  after multiple attempts to collect payments – claiming the singer “has a long history of engaging in fraudulent conduct.”
