Liam Hemsworth was reportedly “heartbroken and blindsided” by those photos of Miley Cyrus and Kaitlynn Carter kissing in Italy.
Just hours after Liam and Miley’s split hit headlines, the songstress was papped kissing Brody Jenner’s ex at a hotel pool on Lake Como in Italy.
While Liam has wished Miley “nothing but health and happiness” since their breakup, sources have told Page Six that the actor is “devastated” by Miley’s actions.
The insider said: “He was heartbroken and blindsided by those photos. They are still married and they really did love each other. She’s really immature and always has been.”
Sources close to Liam also slammed a recent report from People, which claimed that he used to “lash out” at Miley when she tried to curb his partying.
One of Miley’s pals reportedly told the magazine: “Everyone always thinks Miley is problematic and immature and a hardcore partier while he’s this chill surfer dude, but that’s actually [not accurate].”
“Liam parties with his friends, and Miley thinks he should’ve grown out of that by now.”
Responding to People’s report, sources close to the actor said: “Liam is one of the kindest, gentlest people out there. Him being wild or drunk or deadbeat is absolutely ridiculous.”
