Jedward are reportedly set to swap stage for screen for their latest project, a science show on BBC.
The singing duo are believed to have been approached by an independent production company to star in the new programme which will see the two testing out fun experiments on BBC’s CBBC later this year.
According to insiders, the publicity the Lucan brothers’ cameo in Sharknado 3: Oh Hell No gathered – caught UK producers’ attention.

“Jedward have the whole package, They’re instantly recognisable. They generate huge attention on social media but most of all, Jedward make everything fun, even learning,” a source told the Sun.
However this won’t be the pair’s first show on CBBC – having previously starred in Jedward’s Big Adventure, which saw them lead tours around historical sites.
Aside from TV shows, the 25-year-old twins have been busy recording their latest album in LA and recently announced their first over 18’s show at Dublin’s Button Factory on March 24.
