Georgia Salpa backs Lynn Kelly after skinny selfie: 'She is right to feel proud of her body'

Model Georgia Salpa has backed Lynn Kelly – after she was accused of being too skinny.

The former Miss Universe Ireland has been attacked online after she posted a selfie that clearly showed her rib cage.

The Assets model has already defended herself, insisting she is perfectly healthy after a tirade of online abuse.

Too skinny? Lynn posted this selfie online

And Georgia said in her newspaper column that Lynn “is right to feel proud of her body” – and shouldn’t listen to the trolls.

She said: “I want to send out hugs and kisses to stunning model Lynn Kelly, who was accused of being too skinny.

“She posted an image of herself in lingerie, provoking a string of negative comments. It’s nobody’s business how she looks – Lynn is right to feel proud of her body.”

Model: Lynn was doing a show for Brown Thomas

Previously, Lynn insists that the lighting made her look skinnier than she is.

“I’m slim, I’m a model. I took the pictures mid-show and I think it’s been blown out of proportion a little bit,” she said.

“The lighting might not have been the best in the world, but anyone who knows me knows I’m extremely healthy and I train very, very hard.”
