Potatoes: Louis relaxing with Brian while filming
Our shots show the 62-year-old in his kitchen at his home in Dublin as he works on preparing the food for the evening.
One clue of Louis’ involved him using potatoes, potatoes and more potatoes to make them get that he is Irish.
However Louis – who is more used to dining out – ends up being a total calamity in the kitchen.
A source said: “Thankfully Louis is working as a music manager – because being a chef really isn’t his thing.
Host: Brian isn’t afraid to scrub up
“But the one great thing about Louis is his absolute willingness to give anything a shot.”
“It’s actually quite disturbing in points. He tried to make spicy chicken wings,” he said.
“The only way I could describe it was f**king disgusting. He just got these wings that looked like bats and he made a marinade with water, ketchup and mustard and just poured it over and cooked it.
“I’ve never seen anyone just hand food back and just go, ‘I’m not eating that’. Poor people starved to death.”
