Aidan Turner’s now infamous shirtless scything scene in Poldark has been voted by viewers as the top TV moment of 2015.
The Dublin actor shot to international fame last year when the BBC period drama premiered and it looks like his topless scenes have won the hearts of viewers the world over.
Readers of Radio Times magazine have picked the image of the 32-year-old as their top moment of the year.

Over 44,000 readers voted in the magazine’s poll and Aidan’s Poldark picture received a very impressive 45 per cent of the vote.
In second place was Jay McGuinness’s jive on Strictly Come Dancing while Madonna’s fall at the BRIT Awards and Andrew Neil’s powerful message to the Paris attackers also ranked high on the list.
It comes after viewers recently called for Aidan to be named the next James Bond actor after his performance in BBC drama And Then There Were None.
