Megan Thee Stallion has been accused of harassment by a cameraman who has alleged that he was “forced to watch her have s*x.”
Emilio Garcia has made claims that the rapper got intimate with another woman while he was in an SUV with her in Spain.
According to court documents, Emilio has also claimed that the rapper also fat-shamed her whilst on this trip.
In court documents obtained by Entertainment Tonight, the cameraman claimed that the incidents occurred in or around June 2022.
Emilio was travelling with Megan while she was on tour in Ibiza, Spain at the time.
During the trip, the cameraman stated that he was in an SUV with the celebrity and three other women when he alleged that Megan and another woman started “having sex right beside” him.
Emilio claimed he “could not get out of the car as it was both moving and he was in the middle of nowhere in a foreign country.”
He stated that he felt “embarrassed, mortified and offended throughout the whole ordeal.”
In a statement to the outlet, the Grammy winner’s lawyer, Alex Spiro, denied the accusations on her behalf.
“This is an employment claim for money — with no sexual harassment claim filed and with salacious accusations to attempt to embarrass her,” her lawyer said.
“We will deal with this in court,” she concluded.
The day after the alleged incident, the cameraman claimed Megan inquired with him as to whether he was in the SUV the previous night.
Upon confirming that he was in the SUV, he claimed that Megan instructed him: “Don’t ever discuss what you saw.”
Emilio claims he was also subjected to the rapper fat-shaming him and calling him “fat b**ch” and telling him to “spit your food out,” and that “you don’t need to be eating.”
