Michelle Keegan gets tested for coronavirus – after Brassic crew member falls ill

Production on the Sky series has been halted

Michelle Keegan has been tested for Covid-19, after a Brassic crew member showed symptoms of the coronavirus.

The cast only recently started filming the third season of the Sky series, but production was halted after a team member fell ill.

According to The Sun, cast and crew members were subsequently tested for the coronavirus on Monday.

An insider said: “The safety of the cast and crew is of the utmost importance so until bosses know it’s totally safe filming won’t be going ahead.”

“It could be a fortnight before it starts again. Michelle was due to start filming this week but nothing is happening until they’re sure it’s safe.”

Michelle plays Erin Croft in Brassic, which has received rave reviews since it first aired last year.

The 32-year-old stars alongside Joe Gilgun and Ryan Sampson in the Sky One series.

On this week’s episode of Goss Chats, Goss.ie CEO Ali Ryan chats with award-winning makeup artist and MRS Glam creator, Michelle Regazolli Stone.

The celebrity MUA opens up about the ups and downs of living through the pandemic, and how her makeup range saved her.

#GossChats is sponsored by top Irish aesthetic clinic Haus of JeJuve.
