Liberty Poole had an awkward run-in with her ex Jake Cornish on Thursday night.
The Love Island stars both attended Lucinda Strafford’s birthday party at celeb hotspot Tonight Josephine in London.
In photos published by The Sun, Liberty and Jake posed for snaps with their fellow cast mates including Millie Court and Kaz Kamwi – but didn’t get in any pictures together.
The former couple came face-to-face for the first time since they met for an uncomfortable chat after leaving the villa – which was filmed for the reunion show.
Back in September, the 22-year-old insisted there was “no bad blood” between her and Jake.
Speaking to OK! magazine, she said: “No bad blood, we’re still civil. I’m just focusing on me at the moment. I’m just focusing on myself.”
“I think that’s the right thing to do – getting over whatever happened and then who knows in the future!”
The former couple made things official in the Love Island villa, however their relationship broke down just days before the final – after she questioned his intentions.
After leaving the villa in August, Liberty and Jake reunited for a very awkward chat during the reunion show.
In a prerecorded clip, the blonde beauty asked why Jake hadn’t been in contact since the show, and admitted she still had feelings for him.
The 22-year-old said: “It’s hard obviously I still have feelings for you…”
“I just feel like at the time it wasn’t working and I just feel there hasn’t been an effort to make it work properly.”
Jake then told her: “Even if we had been together it wouldn’t have worked, I am so busy.”
