Jamie Lynn Spears has dramatic entry at Brisbane airport ahead of appearance on I’m A Celeb

Jamie Lynn Spears had a rather dramatic entry at Brisbane airport ahead of her appearance on I’m A Celebrity…Get Me Out Of Here!

The sister of pop-icon Britney Spears touched down in Brisbane after ITV announced the full line-up for this year’s series.

According to The Mirror, ITV bosses are hoping the 32-year-old will “spill the beans” on her fallout with her sister Britney during her appearance on the show.

The Sun has reported that panic erupted in Brisbane airport as a fire broke out just as the actress and singer’s plane landed.

It has been reported that word spread throughout the arrivals lounge that there was a blaze in the duty free store room.

An insider said: “There was a real moment of panic as the alarm rang out and rumours circulated that some of the goods had set on fire in one of the back rooms.”

“It literally happened as Jamie Lynn was due to arrive in the country so it potentially meant her plane would have been stuck on the tarmac, or worse still, wouldn’t have been able to land.”

The fire was eventually reported to be a false alarm.

Upon the star’s arrival, Jamie Lynn told the publication that she had “a great flight” and that this was the Zoey 101 star’s “first time in Australia.”

The star’s arrival comes after sister Britney Spears made a swipe at Jamie Lynn, after the news broke that she was entering the jungle.

The pop-star took to Instagram and shared a quote originally said by Ernest Hemingway.

Britney wrote: “All things truly wicked start from innocence,” and captioned it with a pink flower emoji.

The two sisters have been involved in numerous public disputes over recent years.

A source recently told The Mirror: “Jamie Lynn has got decades of history and bad blood with Britney to rake over and has laid out her feelings pretty clearly in her own book.”

“It will be interesting to hear her spill the beans about her life and her family and the controversial conservatorship – and to find out whether the sisters really do get along now – or not.”

The hit ITV series returns to screens on Sunday, November 19 where Jamie Lynn will join stars such as Marvin Humes, Sam Thompson and Nigel Farage in the Australian jungle.
