Ed Sheeran reportedly married his long-term love, Cherry Seaborn in a Christmas wedding.
The couple have been met with wedding rumours for over a year, as Ed revealed he popped the question in December 2017.
Last August the singer loosely ‘confirmed’ that they had already tied the knot in an interview with Access, as he simply held up his hand with a silver ring on his finger after being asked about wedding plans.
“Ah right! That’s exciting! Congratulations my friend! Congratulations! How did you sneak that one,” the interviewer said.
“Well I never do anything too public anyway,” Ed replied.
The Sun has now reported that the 28-year-old and Cherry actually wed just days before Christmas, as a source claimed: “Ed got married a few days before Christmas. It was very quiet – just Ed’s oldest school pals, limited family and the priest.”
“There were only 40 people – so no Taylor Swift, record company executives or any royals or pop star pals. He wanted no fuss and he wanted it to be something entirely for them – just a tiny winter wedding.”
“Neither of them were that fussed about making a big deal about it. Cherry just wanted to get it out of the way without any problems or intrusions.”

The source added that the couple are reportedly planning a bigger festival-themed party in the summer to celebrate with more friends and family.
