Dani Dyer has revealed that an A-List Hollywood star used to babysit her.
The former Love Islander shared the random detail on the new podcast Straight To The Comments which is launching on Monday, February 19th.
The premise of the show is embracing the absurdity of the Daily Mail comment section and laughing at them with the celebrities in question.
Speaking to hosts Josh Pieters and Archie Manners, Dani was asked about her childhood and it was then that she revealed her very famous babysitter.
The mother-of-three shocked the pair when she said that Oscar nominee Keira Knightley used to take care of her.
However, the 27-year-old confessed that she “had no idea” who she was at the time despite having appeared in Bend It Like Beckham at this stage.
Dani elaborated: “It wasn’t for that long; the partner she was with at the time was in one of my dad’s films. Obviously, I was quite young, and she just looked after me.”
“I think she’d done Bend It Like Beckham because I remember sort of looking at her and thinking ‘I know who you are’.”
Dani continued: “Then when we got home from the film set my mum was like ‘That’s Kiera Knightley!’ and I was like ‘Oh my god’.”
The hosts quizzed her on what Keira was like as a babysitter, to which she responded: “She was lovely; it was years and years ago, but she was lovely!”
The 27-year-old is all grown up now and even has a family of her own with her footballer boyfriend Jarrod Bowen.
In May last year, the TV personality welcomed twins, newborn daughters – Summer and Star.
Dani was already mum to a son named Santiago whom she shares with her ex Sammy Kimmence.
Just months after they welcomed their son Santiago, Dani split from Sammy in July 2021 after he was sentenced to three and a half years in prison for fraud.
Sammy pleaded guilty to five counts of fraud, after posing as a financial investor and scamming two pensioners out of nearly £34k; He has since been released from prison.
