Taylor Swift’s Eras Tour film lands on streaming service with unseen performances

Taylor Swift’s Eras Tour film was released on Disney+ today, with five extra songs added.

The pop singer took to Instagram to celebrate its release, which was met by excited reactions from fans.

Taylor captioned the post: “ALL three and a half hours of Taylor Swift | The Eras Tour (My Version), including ‘cardigan’ and FOUR new acoustic songs, are now YOURS to stream anytime you want on @disneyplus.”

The singer announced the film will hit streaming back at the start of February, and since then fans have been counting down the days till its release.

The film itself is a three and a half hour recording of the superstars record-breaking world tour, which began nearly a year ago.

The tour saw Taylor perform across multiple countries and continents, with the show finally reaching Dublin this June.

The new version of the film sees five new songs added, which weren’t seen in its theatrical and first digital release.

The songs chosen include a fan favourite ‘cardigan’, which was missing from the first cut of the film.

Swifties are used to the musician surprising them with new releases when they least expect it.

During her acceptance speech for winning album of the year at the Grammys for a record-breaking fourth time – Taylor took the opportunity to announce a new album which will be released the end of next month.

The album is titled ‘The Tortured Poets Department’.

When first released in the cinema, The Eras tour film became the highest-grossing concert film of all time.

It will now be available to watch on Disney+ with unseen acoustic songs to stream.
