Celebrity Big Brother star Marisha Wallace has claimed Ekin-Su Cülcüloğlu went through “hell” during her time in the house.
During her appearance on Late & Live, comedian Eddie Kadi asked if she thought Ekin-Su’s dramatic reaction to their face to face nominations was genuine.
Marisha insisted: “She was really going through hell, babe. She was really crying.”
“You can’t see everything when you’re there. When I came she was crying into a teddy bear, so it was very intense.”
Jordan North then asked if she felt like telling the Love Island star to grow up.
However, Marisha said: “I’m not nasty. Obviously, she was really upset, but I don’t think it was about the nomination. I think it was a trauma response.
“When somebody has been betrayed in the past and then someone else is betraying me and then you go back to all your previous traumas.”
“I’m like I’m not your boyfriend, I’m not your whatever but those things come back to you.
“And we’re in this heightened, high pressure thing with no support system, you don’t have your friends, you might snap.”
The Turkish beauty split from her boyfriend Davide Sanclimenti, who she met on Love Island in 2022, just weeks before she entered the CBB house.
Marisha defended Ekin-Su on Late & Live, just days after she show was hit by hundreds of Ofcom complaints following Ekin’s appearance on the spin-off programme.
Hosts AJ Odudu and Will Best were slammed over their treatment of the star, sparking 139 complaints.
Will poked fun at the Love Island star by calling her “Ekin Boo Hoo Hoo”, while AJ challenged Ekin’s claims she was poorly edited.

AJ said: “It’s interesting as you’ve literally just walked out of the house, you can’t have seen what’s been shown and what’s been said.
“But I can assure you that everything that has been seen and has been shown, has been said by you!”
