Axed Xposé star Aisling O’Loughlin is set to return to TV3, but she won’t be there to stay.
The presenter, who was axed from TV3’s Xpose alongside presenters Lisa Cannon and Peter O’Riordan back in September, will return to the station to compile a showreel of her best bits from the show.
According to the Irish Sun, the mother-of-three was paid off by TV3 this week, in a voluntary redundancy deal.

“Getting a kiss from George Clooney, my interviews with Robert De Niro and Sarah Jessica Parker. The ones you would want to keep.”
TV3 bosses caused controversy back in September as they let Aisling go while she was on maternity leave, and after declining a fill-in role, she accepted voluntary redundancy.
Since leaving Xposé, the presenter has been working on her fashion, wedding and beauty website exquisite.ie – and proved that there’s no qualms between her and her TV3 pals as they’ll all be invited to her website launch in January.

“Everybody in TV3 will be invited. They are a great gang. And never say never — I could go back to do more with them.”
After being axed by TV3, Aisling admitted that working on exquisite.ie has saved her a lot of awkward moments.
“I go out to functions a lot and there was this awkward moment lately where people would ask if you were ‘from Xposé’ or not. Now I can say ‘I’m Aisling from exquisite.ie’.”
“I’ve got a great bunch of people writing for me giving a different take on what women want,” she added.
