Vogue Williams: ‘We need to be happier in our own bodies’

Vogue Williams thinks women need to stop putting pressure on themselves to look a certain way.

The fitness junkie has a body to die for, as she recently showed us in her latest swimwear photoshoot, but has worked hard to get where she is today.

“As women, we put a lot of pressure on ourselves, because everyone is different and you’re never going to be someone else,” she revealed.

The presenter admitted that she’s envious of other people’s bodies but knows her body is different.

“I see people’s bodies and think they’re amazing,” she told the Irish Independent.

“But I realise I’m not gong to look like that and this may not be the way my body is meant to be.”

The blonde beauty further admitted that her anxiety is the hardest thing in her life right now, but staying active in the gym has helped her handle it.

“The most challenging part of my life is probably my anxiety, to be honest.

“Anxiety is something that has always been there and I’m starting to realise it probably always will be, but there are ways to manage it a bit better.

“Working out in the gum really helps, and it’s a necessity because if I don’t go, my anxiety creeps back up on me,” she added.
