The Rubberbandits have just landed a huge show on MTV USA.
The Limerick comic duo are releasing a new series called The Almost Impossible Game Show, which will be on MTV prime time at 10pm on Thursday nights.
Goss.ie has learned that the Limerick comedians have been signed for “multiple seasons” and that the new series is being pushed as one of “MTVs flagship new shows” on the main Channel.
The first trailer for the new series has been released, showing the lads doing what they do best (taking the p*** out of everyone).
Speaking exclusively to Goss.ie, Blindboy Boatclub said he was delighted about the new series.
“This makes us intensely happy, because there is now a genuine chance that Snoop Dogg, Tom Hanks, Bill Clinton, Enrique Iglesias or Warren G could be casually watching MTV one night and get to say ‘What the f**** type of accent is that’ before changing channels,” he said.
Well we’ll definitely be tuning in to The Rubberbandits doing their thing…
