Maura Higgins lands huge presenting gig in the UK

Maura Higgins has landed a presenting gig on ITV’s This Morning, just days after leaving the Love Island villa.

According to the Mirror, the 28-year-old will host her very own agony aunt segment, where she will offer viewers advice.

The Irish beauty will also take on a series of challenges in a Maura Than Meets The Eye segment.

Speaking about her new role, Maura said: “I’m getting flutters about joining This Morning. I can’t believe it. It’s beyond my wildest dreams.”

“I’ve grown up watching Phillip, Holly, Eamonn, Ruth and the team. Mad to think I’m now part of that iconic family. Can’t wait to crack on.”

The news comes after This Morning editor Martin Frizell described Maura as this year’s “stand out contestant.”
