Top model Lynn Kelly is proving that models can have beauty and brains by returning to study.
The former Miss Universe Ireland is enrolled in a Sports and Nutrition degree in DCU and knows she’ll have to have a back-up career planned when modelling ends.
“I have to be smart about things because I’m not going to model forever, so it’s good to have a degree, especially when I have the interest in it,” she said.

“It’s definitely an avenue I think I will go down in the future, but I’ve nothing set in stone at the minute.”
While the Dublin native is passionate about keeping fit, she admitted that she has no other choice but to hit the gym because of her career in front of the camera.
“I kind of have to be passionate about fitness, I’ve had to learn to love it,” she told the Herald.

Lynn has previously come under fire for her slim appearance however she has insisted that Irish models do eat and their slender figures are down to hard work in the gym.
